THE RENTAL PROCESS

 Long-term Contracts

We would like to start by saying this an 100% monthly rent guarantee service regardless of tenants in the property, So voids will be a thing of the past! We source all of our own tenants from local industries then carry out vets and checks after viewings. We request guarantors as a further precaution. Our typical contracts are five years but we are flexible. Here are some straight forward key points of what we have to offer.

  • You get paid for full occupancy without the worry of non-paying tenants

  • We cover the viewings and do all the personal checks

  • Your property will only house working professionals

  • You can give up the day-to-day landlord responsibilities, such as leaky taps or clogged toilets

  • We can take care of the painting, decorating, furnishings, etc

  • We pay all utilities and council tax

  • We pay you an agreed rent every month based on the condition, location and number of bedrooms.

  • At the end of the contract you get your property back, usually in better condition than at the start or you can continue to rent to us.

  • At any time we would love to look into purchasing your property if you are interested in selling.

  • We provide maintenance and cleaner of all inside and outside communal areas 2x per month

  • Lastly you can sit back and relax!

#STEP 1

Step 1: You contact our friendly team or make a request to be contacted.

We will then come out to view your property, and have nice talk on what works well for you, we then agree on terms of rent etc.
